The reconnection between Janie and Nate I would have liked to read abit about that because I couldn’t really connect with them. It wasn’t bad, I enjoyed your other series far better. With their friendship rocked by a secret romance, Elsa, Charlotte and Milou each face up to dizzying challenges and big life decisions. I am a huge fan of the series of strong and inspiring women and super excited to finally read London’s story – its been a long time waiting for me, in this third book of the series. London and Drew already know each other from their past as high school rivals fighting for the position of Valedictorian (only to be co-Valedictorians on the day of graduation).
I received an advance copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Nolan Montgomery, twenty-nine, is a photographer with a budding career as a filmmaker, too. He could move to Hollywood, but chooses to stay in Canyon Beach, his small hometown. He declared he wouldn’t marry when he was young, and today his relationships never last more than a month or two. But he enjoys hanging out his with his best friend, Officer Jefferson Evian, and occasional meals with his family. He often sees his sister and her best friend at those meals.
What started as a kinda feel good serie ended up way differently. The characters are almost unbearable, the couples too. I will always ship Elsa and Julio, and their story is worth the pain lol. At the end of Season one, Elsa departs Paris for Buenos Aires.

You may be wondering why I didn’t start with The Boyfriend Project book one and read them in order well… I read the synopsis of The Hookup Plan, and I couldn’t wait to read it. I enjoyed this so much that I was this close to naming it the best book in the series. A part of me thinks this is true, but I don’t remember the first book, and I remembered enjoying the second book as well. 5) Two super competent people who are start off on opposite sides , but between fights and bouts of excellent sex they realize that they have tons in common and slowly fall for each other.
Of course, if you can go in with the original French language and can appreciate the formulaic approach to the rom-com depicted, The Hook-Up Plan is a really enjoyable show. The characters are charismatic and charming, sprinkled with a good amount of humour and witty dialogue throughout the 8 episodes. The abrupt ending is a little disappointing but the prospect of a second season is something I’d very much embrace.
